A change to our Telephone Advice Service

Telephone adviceFor many years we have run a telephone advice service on Tenant Law and for the past six and a half years it has been provided by South London solicitors Anthony Gold.

However, Anthony Gold are now bowing out and are being replaced by three other firms:

Cozens-Hardy LLP

Cozens-Hardy are based in Norwich in East Anglia.  The advice will largely be provided by property specialist Gary Leverett.

JMW Solicitors

JMW are a large firm with offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool.  The residential landlord and tenant department is headed up by solicitor David Smith.

Woodstock Property Law

As you would guess from their name, this firm specialises in property based advice and services (although they do other work too).  They are based in Poole in Dorset.

We are hoping to add more firms to the list.  It is not really necessary to use a local firm for telephone advice, but many clients prefer it, especially if you are thinking of using the firm to act for you after the call.

So watch this space.
