To process of applying for telephone advice is as follows:

2. The payment information page. This has a link to our payment page where you can make payment via credit card or pay pal. These are the only methods of payment accepted for this service. You will then be re-directed to
3. The instruction form. Here you will need to provide your details and you can upload up to three documents – for example, the advisor will normally need to see your tenancy agreement. Please, can these be in pdf or jpg format. if there are more than three documents, can you combine them so they can be uploaded together.
4. Once you have made payment and completed our form, we will be in touch with you to arrange for your advice.
The fee for this service is £90 which is £75 + VAT. This is payable in advance.
