If you live in social housing and your property is in serious disrepair, our Disrepair site may be of assistance.
However, note that due to the volume of emails received, Tessa CANNOT give free advice to people who email requesting help. Please use one of the services above.
If you cannot afford our ‘one to one’ advice services, you may want to consider our advice guides. These are modestly priced – you get an email with very detailed advice and a draft document or letters for you to use to deal with your issue (whatever it is).
We are gradually building up the advice guides – if there is a topic you would like us to cover, there is a form for you to let us know.
These guides are an easy to way to information now, plus our emails are responsive so are easy to read on your smartphone.
